Source Control/ Deployment to IIS

I'm looking for a tool or tools to help me with source control and/or deployment to IIS.

I use Visual Studio.  I have a development folder;  I need to deploy the development code to production IIS folder.  I've been using Synctoy; it seems to work fine for a small number of files, however it seems as my project grows and I have more files to deploy, and more that change for each release of code, sometimes Synctoy seems to "lose its mind" and does not recognize and copy over changed files.

Any help/suggestions are appreciated!

As a developer you need source control. Any source control can also be used for deployment. If you want a central server go svn, for a more distributed model, git is the way to go.

To deploy: Make a folder under www, and set the site to point to that folder, then checkout to that folder

since you are new to source control, I'll point you toward collabnet as a starting point. They have a hosted cloudforge account that's only a few $/month
http://www.cloudforge.com/features/

However there are a TON of other providers and you can run your own server as well.
