Configure a SIP trunk from Cisco CUBE to Avaya Aura SM 6.1

I have looked for documentation on how to set this up and the only information I can find is using CUCM.  I cannot use CUCM for this as we have three different phone systems (2 avaya 6.1 and 1 CUCM 9.1).  I work off the CUCM side.  It was determined to use (two) avaya Session Managers as the middle man for the three companies.  I don't want to get into the whys I just need the how.  The CUBE can ping to the SMs.

Here are the outbound SIP dialpeers, but I am not sure they are correct:

My Dial-Peers are fine.  I successfully was able to call the other company and it is on their end as they cannot call me and I do not see any traffic coming from them.
