Check Exchange Traffic Sent and Received for a User?

Is there a way in Exchange (2010 Enterprise) to see how much traffic a particular mailbox received for the last month? In other words if I wanted to check how many mega or gigabytes a user sent and received in the last month?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This produces email stats from Exchange 2007 or 2010 Message Tracking Logs.  Good luck!

To get the information you want, you need to pull it from the message tracking logs. First, you need to ensure you have message traking enabled and it is set to retain logs for the 30 days you require. You can find information of how to configure these settings here - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997984.aspx

You can use the following powershell script to analyze those logs and get the information you are looking for - http://jamiemckillop.wordpress.com/2012/09/06/wizbang-exchange-message-tracker-2-0/

In the MS recommended PS script below, how can we modify the script to that it encompasses the last 30 days of message logs?
