Files report from a large SharePoint document library

I need to produce a report of SharePoint specific properties (Title, Modified by, etc.) that has a file path (folder structure), file name and those few properties I mentioned.
The document library is very large, almost 1 million objects, several levels of folders and documents.
I found a place at gallery.technet that seems to do what I need but I get an error executing it.
If we go the way of troubleshooting this script, I will provide more details on the error.
Otherwise, I am open for any solutions that someone has done, producing a report like this.
Thanks in advance!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The information you need is available when you export the list/library to Excel (via button on the ribbon). The thing is, with a million rows you'll not get this out in one go.

You need to run this when the listview threshold is relaxed, or as an admin. Define views to split this into chunks filtered on indexed columns plus showing the columns you need. I suspect you'll get about 100k rows per spreadsheet successfully.

I know this is a bit of a hassle but it requires no extra tools or code.
