galaxy note 2 screen dark blank for 15 secs after phone calls
I crashed my Note2 screen before n got the screen changed, possibly it is a 3rd party n not original Samsung glass panel. But everything worked fine for about 6 months until this dark blank screen l surface on the entire screen tt follows after each call end. I have to wait for abt 15 to 20secs for the screen to normalize after each call end.
If I press the Exit button at the bottom, nothing happens ie the screen remains dark blank. Same result if I press the power button unless hold down the power button for a couple secs, then it will prompt me with menu to Power Off, Data Netwk mode, Flight mode, Restart.
Is this an Android or software or the replaced panel or hardware issue?
Can Samsung detect the screen panel has been changed if I send in for servicing?

I think it's due to the 2 tiny detector holes next to the camera still detecting something (usually it's the ear)
that is still blocking them.
that is still blocking them.

Under Settings, I don't see "My Device", where is it located?
Anyway, a couple of days back, brought it to Samsung service centre & the technician
told me she has disabled the pin hole detection such that even if my ear/face is blocking
the pinhole, the screen will remain displayed:
however, just this morning, the screen went dark blank again (after the issue vanished
for last ten days) : this time, pressing the Power button will normalize back the screen
