Outlook 365 Virus/Spam Filters

I noticed Outlook 365 has Anti-Malware and Spam filters but by default they are not enabled. Are they no good? What are people using for malware and spam filtering in a Outlook 365 environment?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

They work but they allow the junk into your Outlook and filter it there. Once in Outlook, malware can attack things.

I use the spam filtering at my Mail ISP and it works well. Then I do not see the stuff in Outlook 2013 at all.

If you are using Microsoft 365 Exchange as your host, they filter mail as well.
