Why can not connect to sql server 2012 SSAS cube from a PivotTable in Excel 2010/2013?

I try to connect to a cube sql server 2012 from Excel 2010 or Excel 2013.
Connection to nature is established, but when he tries to show the result of the PivotTable shows me an error message in the transport layer.
Already tried in Excel 2010 and 2013 in both shows me the same error.
Since I also tried connecting me directly to the database from where the bucket and I could connect without problem.
Leave the file containing steps you used to connect.
I hope you can help me.
Thanks in advance.

An error in the transpot layer is either:

1) A incomplete or defect installation of the SQL Server Client driver.
2) An defect component in the network.

As you said you can connect (I guess you mean SSMS) this sounds like you should reinstall the drivers.
