Depending on what you're doing with the presentations, be sure to check the licensing. I think Footage Firm is pretty generous with this type of thing. You won't be able to resell the music (like if it's a part of a music catalog or collection -- nobody will allow that), but you should be fine using it in a presentation, even, I believe, if the presentation is for sale.
As you know, royalty free doesn't mean no cost; it just means you don't have to pay royalties every time you play the audio (or show the video or image, etc.).

Do you see any issues with this video and Twitter post?
The images are from Google and from what I understand trading platforms contain pictures that are used and reused all the time to sell products. I don't think that any of them violate copyright even though there is a mark.
No idea. I'd contact an IP attorney and ask about those images. I think you're probably fine with the audio -- but I'd get that big ol' speaker icon off the middle of the first slide! Just drag it off the edge so it doesn't show.
