What does "Not Found on Accelerator" mean?

Just moved a site to WordPress Managed Hosting today, and getting the following error:

Not Found on Accelerator
Description: Your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location and try again.

The error happens pretty often when using WebPageTest.org, but it's intermittent (also happens to me here on my local computer some of the time.)  No one seems to have any idea what it means.  How 'bout one of you Experts?!?!  (The URL is https://realestateschoolchicago.com/).  Thank you!!  ~ Scott

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There seems to be a 404 error on this url:

That's basically what the error means, error 404 something not found ...

Don't know if that's the complete solution, but the error seems to have gone away, so I'm "accepting" and moving on!  Thanks!  :)

Hi, sorry, think this is not "the" solution, I was merely stating that at the time of my test, that specific url was not available, might be GoDaddy solved an issue on their side, but it might also be that the issue will come back.

I still see following error:
Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://seal.godaddy.com/setSealAttr?sealID=delJBdxcwaEnZoFe12sCGUxbNxSHQ9s2d90TINLwi5YPsZfJaawT&usesLink=false&t=0.1327712404953285. This can be fixed by moving the resource to the same domain or enabling CORS.
