Cisco phones unable to set up forwarding
Hi all
hopefully a quick one but we have users that cannot set up call forwarding from there cisco handsets. i have to do it manually from the cisco call manger all the time. Is there anyhow users can do it them self?

They should be able to press the CFwdAll softkey and then enter the number they want to forward to. When you say "users that cannot set up call forwarding" what exactly are you referring to? Busy tones? Error messages? Incorrect forwarding? Please elaborate so we can understand

its on a different site so i am unable to have look myself but got below from her. Sad bit is i cant be at that site til Friday so trying to gather much information before i go on friday
I had tried to set it up on her phone by pressing call forwarding as usual, you are able to dial “9” to get an external lie, but as soon as you dial “07” it says that you cannot connect the call, which does not usually happen.

What numbering plan is that? NANP?

I checked another user and calling space field was different for both. I made both same and it worked
