Track permissions changes

Hi..
I have Select permissions set on a Customer table for a particular user.
But for some reason-  these permissions are removed daily?
How can I track or add a trigger when the permissions change on this table? and possible track who is changing them.
thx

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you are using SQL Server 2008 or above, I would suggest using SQL Server Audits to try and find out the reason behind the permissions change: http://bradmcgehee.com/2010/03/30/an-introduction-to-sql-server-2008-audit/
