I am currently running a single exchange 2013 server in Windows Server 2012 R2 Environment.
I in the process of adding 2 additional Exchange servers for High Availability, one is to be located onsite and one is to be located at my remote DR site.
When Exchange 2013 was initially installed we had 2 Exchange servers with the Mailbox and Client Access roles installed, without a load balancer installed. This caused a lot of Outlook client connection issues which I am trying to avoid.
I was hoping to go ahead and add the 2 additional servers with just the mailbox role and create a DAG with all three servers in it as a first step. Once I can get a load balancer installed then add the CAS roles.
I am open to suggestions that will allow me to accomplish my end goal as painlessly as possible.
