Help with domain time

This is a server 2012 R2 environment.  DFL and FFL are both 2012 R2.

I'm having a time issue.  ALL of my servers and PCs in the domain have the exact same time as my DC, so I think I'm good there.

The problem is my DC is off by five mins.  I've compared it to several time sources and it's definitely off by five mins.

This has always been a challenge for me, but I need step by step instructions to:

Set my DC to sync from pool.ntp.org

Set my Dc as authoritative in my domain

Verify that all of that is working

Can someone help me?  I have read several articles, but I;m still a little confused and want to make sure I get this right.

Thanks

Cliff
