I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

VMware NSX can be sold a with either a perpetual or term license.

A perpetual license starts is per ESXi host CPU,  a term license per virtual machine per month.

I would contact VMware Sales, or a VMware Partner for your costs.

Costs are approx $6,000 per ESXi host CPU, or $40 a VM per month.

We only have VMware Partner documents, which I cannot share, under NDA.
