Hope everyone is well. Wonder if somebody could help me. I have recently setup a SIP Trunk to our UK Provider on a Cisco Call Manager Express System. Incoming Calls are working fine but out going are not. The Provider has done a SIP Trace and has found we are sending the wrong Info.
We are currently sending:-
INVITE sip:email@example.com:5060 SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 22.214.171.124:1025;branch=z9hG4bK7E1CDE
From: "441614241322" <sip:firstname.lastname@example.org>;tag=E411610-1010
We need to send:
From: "441614241322" <sip:**USERNAMEemail@example.com>;tag=E411610-1010
Does anybody know how i can achive this? I read up on the Translation Profiles but its confused me even more now:(
