Microsoft Project Column for what is included in timeline
In MS Project 2013 I see I can add items to the timeline by clicking on them and adding one by one. However, is there a column in the gnatt chart spreadsheet that I could mark like a yes or no for what is included.

How about the Text1 column?

Will the timeline only pick up the Text1 column? What do I put there? Yes/no? I'm trying to allow people to mark it in spreadsheet gantt view so they don't have to click on each one and say "add to timeline"... only a minor time savings.
