Will the timeline only pick up the Text1 column? &nbsp;What do I put there? &nbsp;Yes/no? &nbsp;I'm trying to allow people to mark it in spreadsheet gantt view so they don't have to click on each one and say &quot;add to timeline&quot;... only a minor time savings.

In MS Project 2013 I see I can add items to the timeline by clicking on them and adding one by one. &nbsp;However, is there a column in the gnatt chart spreadsheet that I could mark like a yes or no for what is included.<br />
