Outlook Remembers the Words that have been replaced

Outlook Remembers the Words that have been replaced

I use MSOutlook 2010 at work. Sometimes, I start writing Email, for instance:

"Hi today, I am going to the park" I do not hit Send yet.
If someone calls me and stay on the phone with him for a while then come back, I get back to my email, then I change it to:

"I am going to the Park this afternoon" then hit Send

Well, in the email preview, I will see " Hi today, I am going to the park this afternoon"

but if I open the email I will see the content I sent "I am going to the Park this afternoon"

I wonder if anyone has this issue, which happens if I do not send email right away.

I deleted/created profile. I ran Anti-virus, but the issue is still on (when there is a delay between changing words and sending email).

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Thank you

If you write an email and send it right away, it will show correctly in the Preview.
If you write email "AAAAA,BBBBB,CCCCCC" then you change your mind and modify it as "YYYYY,BBBBB,CCCCCC", but you do not send it right away, you go grab cup of coffee, you will come back and send it as  "YYYYY,BBBBB,CCCCCC", it will show up in the preview as "AAAAA,YYYYY,BBBBB,CCCCCC"
but if you open it up, the email body will still show correctly as you sent it "YYYYY,BBBBB,CCCCCC".

it is just the preview that remembers whatever words you wrote on the email body, even though you replaced those words, but still show in the preview.

I wonder if repairing MSOffice or uninstalling/reinstalling it will fix the issue
