I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

what doesn't refresh? you upload a file using ftp.. does the ftp client show the file there if you refresh?  Where does a web browser fit into this?

Only Windows 8.1 Explorer, part of Parallels 10/Windows 8.1 VM - all other browsers on local office Macs/PCs, including Chrome, Safari, FoxFire. iOS 8.2 also renders correct file.

>> you upload a file using ftp.. does the ftp client show the file there if you refresh?

WS_FTP replaced file with updated version as verified by inspection with WS_FTP 12 client and WS_FTP Find Utility

>> Where does a web browser fit into this?

*only* issue is Windows 8.1 Explorer, part of Parallels 10/Windows 8.1 VM renders previous file - the one replaced by WS_FTP 12.

Running MSIE in Windows 8.1 environment, not in Parallels 10 VM, renders file OK.

Problem is with Parallels 10.

Windows likes to cache locations it has previously accessed and, while Parallel's may be aggravating that, a little, I suspect the issue is with Windows.
What happens if you refresh the view on the Mac?
