Hey there.

I have some suggestions listed below to manage the device storage, otherwise skip to the last option "E".

A)  If you have not formatted the external memory card here is how:
Formatting the SD card deletes all data on it. You may wish to format the SD card if you want to delete the files, if files or apps on the SD card are not working, or if the SD card is not working.

B)  To format the SD card while inserted in the device, follow these steps:

From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
Tap Settings.
Tap Storage.
Under 'SD card,' tap Format SD card.
Tap Format SD card again to confirm. Follow any additional prompts.

C)  Next thing to do is clear storage regularly.
Check the available internal device storage (see 'View free storage space' below).   It must be over 150 MB for your device. The Android system cannot work properly if the internal device storage is below 150 MB. If under 150 MB, use the following tips to clear more storage:
Delete unnecessary text messages (SMS) and picture messages (MMS).
Delete screen shots. (Sometimes these do not get removed as easily)
Transfer pictures and media to a computer to remove them from the phone memory.
Clear the browser cache, cookies, or history.
Clear Facebook app cache.
Manage applications.
Delete the call logs.

D) To view the amount of free internal memory, follow these steps:

From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
Tap Settings.
Tap Application manager.
Swipe left to the RUNNING screen.
View the used value at bottom-left.
Did this give you some extra space?

E)  Last go set default memory storage. By default, the device stores data on the internal storage. To set the default memory storage to another location, follow these steps:

Camera
From any Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
Tap Camera.
Tap the Settings settings icon.jpg icon.
Swipe up on the menu, tap Storage, and then tap one of the following options:

1. Phone
or
2. Memory card

Let me know if this works or not.
