How to stop "tap to click" on trackpad under Windows 8?

I've got a Dell Precision M3800 Laptop running Windows 8.1 Pro, and the touchpad on it does this thing where lightly tapping is often treated as a click. I'm finding it super annoying because I'll often intend to just move the cursor and it accidentally clicks and moves something instead.

Anyone know how to either turn that off completely or lower the sensitivity on it? (I have a similar feature on my MacBook, but it seems much less finicky there.)

Thanks!

Thank you! I kept trying to find a way to do it from within Windows; didn't realize that Dell had a whole separate application for controlling it.
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
