iPhone 6+ running iOS 8.1.1 not automatically snycing subfolders

We're running Exchange 2010.  I have an end user where their 5c running iOS 8.1.2 will automatically sync their email subfolders without having to go into each of them.  On their 6+ running iOS 8.1.1 you have to go into the folder for it to sync.  Is there a way around this?  Do we need to update to iOS 8.1.2?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

IOS 8.2 is current and I am using that on my iPhone so I suggest you try this first and then go from there.

The end user is out of town until the end of the week.  I'll try the update when they get back and update you.
