My web application running very slowly , I want to find out why its slow and all ?

How can i do that ?? is there any application available ?
or any other way to find that ??

Run your Web application locally and use debug mode setting breakpioints at various points to pinpoint where in the code is it slow or it could just be that the network is slow.
