Hi, i have a new Hyper-V server (2012R2) that i want to use vmconnect.exe to login to the guests on the hyper-v. The hyper-v host server is in a workgroup (hyper-server-group), the Windows 8.1 client i want to run vmconnect from is in a domain. Client and hyper-v server is on same network. I can use RDP in to the hyper-v server, but i cant use vmconnect to connect to guest on the hyper-v server, i get this error
"Hyper-V Remote Management: You do not have the required permission to complete this task. Contact the administrator of the authorization policy for the computer ‘COMPUTERNAME’"

I have tried this, but it dont work.
