I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Was it fine before? Did this just start to happen?
If so, possibly due to recent Windows Updates KB3002657 and KB3046049: http://www.experts-exchange.com/OS/Microsoft_Operating_Systems/Server/Windows_Server_2012/Q_28636661.html

Are domain users which you are trying for RDP are part of remote desktop users group?

if not please add those users in Remote desktop users group on local computer.

if you want to provide RDP access to the multiple users to multiple servers please create restricted group policy, which will configure/add users in Remote desktop users group on mentioned servers in the policy.

Check following link for step by step procedure to configure restricted group policy.
