SSIS Inserting null values only

I have created an SSIS package which has a Data Flow section

1/ Staging table source (has the correct data in it)
2/ Lookup with a Production table source matching all columns between the two tables with redirect row on error
3/ On error (ie does not match row) loaded into production

The package runs without error but when I look in the production table the correct number of rows has been created but all values are null

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

OK, I have solved the issue myself and as is always the way I found the solution just after porting the question.

In the Lookup I removed all operations and just mapped the columns and it started working. I am not sure what happened but I have the result I want and it is working perfectly
