add dns zone --which type zone should be ?

I have between to company vpn verbindung made.The other company has own dns server and domain name.<br />

they can ping one of my intern server IP. But i cant ping their intern server. I think vpn work bettween us(logs show connection is OK)<br />

forgot something ? like dns zone in my dns server their domain name.<br />
