Setting timezone for OWA users based on server location

I'd like to apply a default timezone for OWA on each of my servers based on the server location.  How can I achieving this?

I could periodically run the following command but I'd like it to be automatic for all new OWA connections.

Get-Mailbox -OrganizationalUnit “adatum.com/Users” | Set-MailboxRegionalConfiguration -Language en-GB -DateFormat “dd/MM/yyyy” -TimeFormat “HH:mm” -TimeZone “W. Europe Standard Time”

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you want to do this for all new mailboxes depending on where the mailbox is located you can do this at a database level using the below command...

Get-MailboxDatabase | Set-MailboxRegionalConfiguration -Language en-GB -DateFormat “dd/MM/yyyy” -TimeFormat “HH:mm” -TimeZone “W. Europe Standard Time”
