Microsoft Lync 2010 Topology Builder Indicates Enterprise Voice is Disabled

I am able to enable a user for Enterprise Voice from the drop down menu under the Telephony drop down menu under their user account. After doing this, the phone icon and dial pad are available for the user when they are logged in to Lync.

However, when I download the current topology using the Lync Server 2010, Topology Builder and look under "Features and functionality" on the front end server, it shows "Enterprise Voice: Disabled" I'm not sure what this means or if it is something that I should care about.

The user is able to place calls from within Lync using the Lync dial pad so I would assume Enterprise Voice is in fact enabled.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I would say that make sure you have published topology.,..but I do not think enterprise voice would be working if the topology hadn't been published. but since I cannot think of anything else...make sure you have published your topology.
