Activesync/OWA not working

I took over the IT department here and I am not great at troubleshooting Exchange.

We have a Exchange 2010 server running on Server 2008 behind a SonicWall TZ205.

We cannot get Active sync nor OWA to work outside.  The OWA works internally.  I have run the connectivity test for active sync internally and externally and it fails.

I am not sure if it's something within the settings of Exchange or the firewall.

Need help with some troubleshooting steps to pinpoint which one it may be.

Hi There,

Please post the results of the connectivity analyzer.

My 1st guess is https is not forwarded through the sonic firewall to the CAS server.

You are completely correct, however we did figure this out earlier and had not had time to update the post.  After forwarding https we were able to get owa and activesync to work correctly.
Question has a verified solution.
