How can I convert MS SQL database to MySQL?

I think the overall steps would be:
1) Generate the full script of all objects on MSSQL (tables, views, indexes)
2) Pass through some correction for datatypes
3) For each table, use DTS or SSIS to transfer the content from one database to the other.
4) Translate stored procedures and functions.

There is this tool that do it for you:
I never have used it, but seems to fit the bill.
And of course, you can use MySQL Workbench (
