Shadowing a RemoteApp - Viewing Size Too Small

We are trying to figure out if there is a way to adjust the Shadowing size for RemoteApp on Server 2012.

The viewing of sessions are extremely small, where they cannot be easily seen. (see attachment)

Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Can you change the overall font size (screen size) in the Server 2012 desktop?

When you start RDP, click on More Detail before logging in. Click on Display (Tab) and set screen resolution in there. That may help as well.

I use a Server 2012 with Remote Desktop from my Windows 8 laptop. I have screen resolution set as above to 1366x768 and I can see it just fine.

Thank you for your post.

It ended up being that the user had three monitors and the shadow session was trying to utilize all of them. I created a group policy that restricts the session to only use 2 monitors, which allows for enough visibility to troubleshoot issues.

Appreciate the assistance.
