Email Signatures

I need an email signature generator/software in order to create new professional/standard company email signature in Outlook 2010 & 2013 Client.

Looking for something simple that will generate an image/text that I can copy and paste into Outlook.
Nothing too expensive and complex.

Thanks, your help is much appreciated.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can make your own inside of Outlook. Are you looking for something to generate a graphic to go with it or do you need some kind of template? Otherwise, most people put their name, business, job title, phone number, etc on there. You'd have to type that yourself, though.

Sorry forgot to mention, I need to create a template that will include employee info and company logo.
After, I would like to import the standard template/image into Outlook.

Thanks.

Would this be for multiple users? If so how many users?

We use something called Exclaimer to give our users an "Auto" signature which we manage centrally.

If you are using Exchange 2010 you can set some rules that will generate sigs based on the user's info in Active Directory.

Go here and scroll down to the Exchange 2010 section - http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/corporatesignatures.htm

If you are looking for some software then try Exclaimer Signature Manager for Outlook. I have a customer that uses the basic functions of it and works well - they integrate/pull information from Active Directory and have a number of banners.

I need to create a template that we will be used by 100 users.
Not sure if Exchange will give me everything that I need when it comes to full email signature design.

Exclaimer is good but I was looking for a software that costs less.
Exclaimer Outlook edition is CAD $759 plus software subscription CAD $155.

Is there anything else out there that is not as complex and costs less money?

Thanks.
