Can we find a particular color and replace with another color in a jpg? Using Photoshop

I need to change the background color of thousands of jpgs from blue to white, is there any easy way to do it? Please help. I am doing it manually in Adobe Photoshop. I would appreciate if someone can suggest me a software/tool or a trick in photoshop.

Thanks in advance.

Image > Adjustments > Replace Color

On the image, select the color you want to replace. Use the eyedropper with the plus sign to add to your selection. If you accidentally click on selection, click control+z to undo it.

You can also adjust the 'fuzziness' (tolerance) of the selection. Then you can select the color you want to change it to on the bottom half of the prompt.
Can you give us a couple sample images?

Thank you Strung, but it will not help me out, because in that case the whole image's color is changing. But in my case there will be two or three colors, like blue, black and grey, in them, I want to replace the blue with white.

Please check with the attached jpg, in that I want to change the white color(where ever it has white color) to blue color.
