How do I create a task to run a scheduler job to apply tags to devices without tags in McAfee ePO 4.6?

There are many devices that do not have tags and are likely not getting the daily DAT update as a result. In checking the daily DAT update task in the client task catalog, it appears to be configured to update but only on devices with a tag. Hence the assumption the DAT files isn't getting updated due to no tag applied even though devices are communicating with ePO.

You must push DAT and engine to any machine. It will have no effect on machines with no compatible AV product installed.

Would I be correct in assuming that the agent AND the AV products are installed on all the clients in question?
