How to fix "A storage transient failure has occurred during content conversion" in exchange 2013.

Hi Experts,

Hope you can help me with the issue we are having on exchange 2013.

"A storage transient failure has occurred during content conversion" when checking the exchange queue i always see an email stuck from a certain user, sending email to a gmail account. I have tried sending test emails to gmail accounts with different email formats and it is going out without a problem. I couldn't seem to recreate the problem on my end. The workaround i have been using were enabling, disabling and putting it back TNEF to default. Does anyone have a permanent fix for this.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
