I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

see attached file.

when you put the filter on grant total, normally the filter icon is grayed out. so what you do is, trick pivot table, select the cell next to the grant total column and then put the filter on. see in the attached file highlighted yellow cell.

You can just put a value filter on the row field using Not equal 0. See attached file.
