Office 365 URL/Address for exporting an Excel table to a Sharepoint list

I want to   export an Excel table to  a Sharepoint list in my Office 365

How do I find the Address that I have to insert into the Address box in the following image?

This seems to be overcomplicated. Do I have to be signed into Office 365 at the time?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

the address is the SharePoint site where you want to create the list.
Sample url for the root site:

Sample url for a sub site:

The name will be the name of the list (which will be created).

You can be logged in, but as Excel is a new instance a login popup window will automatically open where you can sign in.
