Setup conflict detection for a Windows DHCP server issue

Hi All

 
          I have a problem when setting up a conflict detection for a Windows DHCP server , i can not find the "conflict detection attempts" from my server 2008 r2 std, where the bottom screenshot i found from forum, any idea ?

Hi,

You have only one scope defined, on the bottom screen shot there is two scopes!!

If I have only 1 scope, I can not have the option for select conflict detection attempts ?
