Testing for value of a cell in another worksheet

I realize this is a rather simple question but I cannot find the answer in Excel help.

Working in a worksheet called Alpha Two, I want to test for the value of cell B69 in another worksheet called Alpha One.  My problem is the worksheets contain two names I am unable to discern the correct nomenclature in referencing the other worksheet name.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Do you mean you want to return the value of B69 on Alpha One (='Alpha One'!B69) or that you want to search Alpha One to see if it contains the value of B69 on Alpha Two?

Thanks to both of you.  I just could not remember the syntax.  Please see my next question.  A little more complex.
