I have several workstations that will get a popup that says Global Message with a picture of a blue eye, anyone seen this?
I am wondering if this is a virus or something. Several workstation on a domain periodically get a popup that says Global Message with a picture of a blue eye and says Waiting on New Message with a close box below that. Has anyone experienced this(see attached screen capture) and if so how do I get rid of it? It only stays up for 15-20 seconds and then it disappears. I have run Malwarebytes, Spybot Search and Destroy and Vipre Corporate antivirus on these workstations and they all come up clean.

I found it on the workstations Start Folder under System Tools. I had to restart the workstations in safe mode and then delete it. Thanks for your response.
Just for ideas as there so many apps these days for the desktop,
This the Global Messaging

Some form of online Fraud ?
Could be a flash add on or a browser?
It could be a app from a Galaxy Phone for the desktop?
Ask these users do they have any type of phone desktop apps? installed.
Could be a Facebook desktop notifications

Sometimes my camera Nikon places a popup messaging box but I have since disabled it.
Open the taskmanager and check if it's running in there.
If you could check the source may help to pin down where it comes from.
Is it only on these systems ?
