Mac Mail osx client has problems connecting to the mail server.<br />

I have tried reinstalling new certificate, resetting password , can access email on the web mac mail web client.<br />
<br />
I am using a snow lepoard osx mail server.<br />
<br />
The certificate is valid i checked it.<br />
<br />
So how do i go about it fixing this issue , what troubleshooting steps as this is only affecting one user.

Mac Mail osx client has problems connecting to the mail server.
