How can I limit the number of activesync devices that can connect to a mailbox?

How can I control how many activesync devices can connect to a mailbox. I have some users connecting 5, 6 or even 7 devices. I want to limit them to 2 or 3 for example.

My users are on Office 365 Exchange. Is there a set-mailbox or set-casmailbox cmdlet I can use?

Sorry, missed that part.

Upon further review, I don't believe you can.  The cloud knows what's best for you and that's your limit.  Microsoft has (at least as of a year and a half ago, chosen not to expose the throttling limits to subscribers for changes.  You're stuck unless you want to move in-house.

There's already a limit of 10.  you can change that limit though - using New-Throttlingpolicy and Set-Throttlingpolicy. You can reference details on the powershell commandlets here:

That is for Exchange 2010 not Exchange Online
