SSL redirect

I have a domain that I need to redirect to another domain.

The issue is the redirects are comming in as an expired SSL certificate to a external domain.

IE:

https://examplea.com needs to redirect to http://exampleb.com

The problem I can do this with modrewrite but I am getting an SSL warning. Is there anyway to bypass the SSL warning or do I need to buy a new SSL certificate just for a redirect?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
