Server 2008R2 with terminal services & office 2010 plus - server rebuild due to Cryptowall VIrus.

I have had a customer's server taken down via Cryptowall virus - I have a copy of usable data but I need to know if I can use the same key's and activation codes for Office & Remote Desktop cals I used when I initially setup server or do I have to contact Microsoft before I start rebuild (in case I need to forward information to them). I have always had a disk image but in this case there are no copies.

you will have to contact microsoft for the RDS licensing keys

I had a feeling Remote Desktop could be a problem - but I thought Office would be the problem.
