Is Cisco Jabber 10.5.5 compatible on windows xp?

v10.5.5 installation on Windows XP completed but gives following error:

CiscoJabber.exe - Unable to Locate Component
This application has failed to start because d3d11.dll was not
found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Reinstalling didnt help.

d3d11.dll it needs direct x 11 vista or newer O/S sorry

requires windows 7, 8 or 8.1 (no vista)
