How to delete duplicate systems in SCCM 2012

I have setup a query that finds the duplicate systems. Now how can I setup something that gives me the ability to delete them. The query shows the systems, and I want to filter on what systems have the client installed and delete the ones with no client installed. After running the query I can see this list, but there is no delete function when running the query.

Anyway to delete them?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. I've seen this link before but would rather list the systems out and sort by "client installed" , then delete from there.

Is there a way to take the query results and list the systems in away that I can delete them by choosing one by one, or just highlight the ones that have no client installed and then delete?
