Spiceworks Active Directory log in not working
I have setup Spiceworks for a Help Desk ticketing system. I have set it up to sync with AD and it is doing that. Pulled an inventory of users and I can make changes to those users in Spiceworks and it will update their AD account.
That being said- I cannot get anyone's log in to work for Spiceworks. It is supposed to recognize and AD account and accept the same AD credentials to log in to the help desk portal.
I have searched and everything I am getting says it is setup correctly.
Anyone have any ideas or experience with this?

Are you using their email address as their login?

they can only log into the helpdesk portal so they do not use the same url that technicians use.
try adding /helpdesk to the url
example: technician url http://spiceworksservername:9675 (9675 is the port I use for spiceworks if you use 80 this is not not necessary) (This should change to http://spiceworksservername:9675/pro_users/login)
Example enduser url http://spiceworksservername:9675/helpdesk

tried all the different user login variations at the with the /helpdesk at the end
I basically had tried this already by changing the default page form the spiceworks login page to the helpdesk portal page but nonetheless it still is not working
firewall off on desktop and server
