Phone number input mask

How can I setup a special input mask for a phone number?

If the user enters 1234567890

I want the result on the table to look like 123 456 7890  (with spaces but no special characters).

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Here's how:

1.  Add the field to the table.
2.  Edit the Input Mask properties.
3.  Select the phone number option and then click Edit List to edit the input mask.
The input mask for a phone number is normally -
!(999) 000-0000

You can try -
!999 000 0000

I'm not sure if you need the leading "!"

Reading the help entry for Input masks should clarify.
