Organize work with GIT

I have:

2 friends,
3 computers,
1 linux server,
3 bitbucket accounts
1 bitbucket repository

We want to build a small web application (html5, javascript, php) for learning and for fun.

What is the best way to organize the work collaboratively?

Everyone should have its own server (xampp or similar) on his pc?

What can we do to be productive in the shortest time possible?

Thanks for your help.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

install xampp on client PC
clone GIT repo (with eclipse or any code editor)
alias that web root in XAMPP httpd.conf
(GIT will not run php to test)
