0xC0000005: Access violation
means your program has used a NULL pointer or an invalid pointer. the latter can happen if the pointer already was deleted or wasn't initialized correctly or was corrupted by some other variable, for example if you returned a pointer to a local variable or write beyond array boundaries you could corrupt your memory and pointer values.

Error in loading EUMAPI32.DLL eudora
if both errors come together it could be that the dll was not available and because of that the attempt to get a function pointer from it failed and the call to the function via null pointer caused the access violation. but that is only a guess.

you may look at the following site for more information.

Impossible to say without seeing the source code, but my best guess here is that you use a wrong version of the DLL file or that the dll is not registered properly.

You should do a google search on that dll - the results should worry you a lot.
